Presently this isn't possible directly via the WebMail/user settings. I should note that the file store folder is accessible as a normal directory (usually something like C:\Code-Crafters\Ability Mail Server 2\config\accounts\domain\user\@@@filestore). It could be possible for some third party script or application to monitor the contents of those folders and perform actions as a result of changes. However, this may or may not exist, but would certainly be fairly straight forward for a programmer/script writer to create such an application if your company as the resources.
