authentication with the same account

My provider of Internet is blocking sending of emails. Cuause: account sender is not a same account authentication. How can I configure my Mail Server for a send a mail with same account authentication?

Use independent mode in outgoing mails rather than relaying via your ISP if you're not already.

Do not work. I am not a ISP. Must authentic in a SMTP for my ISP. Any another solution?

I didn't say you were an ISP but that you may be relaying via your ISP. Instead, use Independent mode in Outgoing Mails to bypass your ISPs SMTP server. They may still block you from sending mail but usually they block incoming mail on port 25 rather than outgoing mail.
