When logged into the Webmail then Options > Filters & Spam why can i only set 5 custom filters?

I am sending out a email shot and the replies come into one box. I then want to filter the replies by subject line and then automatically put the emails into sub folders. I have tried to do comma separated values i.e. auto,office but this does not seem to work.

Any ideas why the custom filters is set to only 5 / how this could be extended.

The Max Custom Filters per user is set in the user's group settings. The default is 20 in the latest version but you can set this to whatever you need and use groups to give different users different permissions as you need to. You should do one rule per subject line as these are simple user rules. You can also use content filtering in the admin interface for much more complex and powerful rules to filter your mail.
