Problem W/SMTP (Outgoing)

I have a problem sending an e-mail to a particular domain (my server is receiving and sending e-mails regularly, this is an isolated problem with two different domains.) I've fixed all problems reported with my domain on mxtools.com, but for some reason the e-mail does not seem to go. I've looked at the smtp log, and there is no entry. at all. The only thing I get is an entry in the outgoing mail log:

Does this mean the connection is being refused, or is Ability not even trying to make a connection? I'm very new to this, and just trying to feel my way through. Any help appreciated.....

The domain TMoriarty.com has a mx records of tmoriarty.com.inbound10.mxlogic.net and tmoriarty.com.inbound10.mxlogicmx.net but there is no mail server reachable at those domains.

The domains need to point to the right mail server Internet IP and then port 25 be forwarded through the router and firewalls to the mail server machine where SMTP is running on port 25 for the connection to work.
