Server hacked

I have been running Ability Mail server for several years. Last week and account was hacked and sending messages. I Changed the password and even disabled the account however as soon as I initialize the server the Outmail folder populates with tons of outbound messages and several INI files.

I'm running Ability Mail server 3, SMTP Authentication is enabled.

You need to physically empty the outmail folder on the hard drive, change all passwords on the system if this is possible and check you don't have any SMTP safe IPs that can gain relaying access. You may also have a virus on the mail server machine that is sending these emails from localhost so do an antivirus scan just in case.
