This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be

I am getting this error occasionally on the receiving end when sending to other users on the same domain BUT in a different location (i.e. not on the same AMS server):-

"This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be."

Any ideas, although we can live with it?

Normally, you host all emails for a domain on Ability Mail Server but it is possible to host on multiple mail servers with the right setup.

However, this error is not from Ability Mail Server so must be from the other mail server that hosts for that domain.
