Triggering notifications from 'refuse' actions in Spam filt.

Support,

Using 6.0.2 with the improved DKIM functions, and I'm wondering what the best way might be to do what I'm trying to do; As with SPF PERMERRORS, DKIM FAIL / PERMERROR i have set to 'refuse mail with message' and that's working ok, but I'd like to send myself messages as heads-up in case I need to contact customers / vendors as there's still a good % of good senders who F up their DKIM implementations.

I have the relevant custom events as triggers in Content Filtering but they don't seem to trigger at all; If I have 'refuse mail with message' set on any of the Spam Filtering controls that support it, do those incoming mails then fall off and NOT trigger content / antivirus filtering?

If you use the "refuse email" options, the email is rejected in the SMTP before even entering the rest of the system. If you don't do that, you can add SPAM flag and custom events and use content filtering to handle it instead. You can create a content filter rule to move the emails to a Junk E-mail folder or even send a response to the sender and then delete the email.
