4 GB file size display limit?

4 GB file size display limit?

Postby tmcmulli » Thu Dec 20, 2007 3:50 am

Just noticed that files over 4 GB show as 4194303 KB always, although the files through explorer are larger. See attached screen shots... Any suggestions?? Files are getting uploaded correctly, but the size is being reported wrong.

Presently this is a limation of the FTP server, in that it isn't designed to manage files larger than 4 GB. We of course intend to remove this limitation in a future update. At the moment I cannot give you a date for the update but it is most certainly at the top of our priority list.
