webmail content filter

Postby wxPhil » Wed Jan 09, 2008 12:04 am

On my webmiail account:

I tried setting a webmail content filter option - first I created a folder called "test" then set a rule:
Code: Select all
If subject contains "<SPAM>" move to folder "test"

The "wizard" accepted this, but when I try to save the page I get this error:
Code: Select all
The 'If Flagged as SPAM' option directory is invalid

Why, and what can I do about it?

thanks...

btw - I must say, having only recently installed AMS, and still getting to grips with it, despite my teething issues, I am pretty impressed with it so far....

cheers
Phil

The error isn't related to the Custom Filters you just changed. It's related to the SPAM Detection options on the same page when you hit the save button for Filters in WebMail. Make sure that the folder selected for the SPAM Detection filter exists.
