license when moving server

I need to move my Ability mail server install from the C drive to the D drive. Can I just move the install into a new directory on the D drive and correct my shortcuts?

I'm concerned about the license file. Will this cause any issue with my license ?

Yes, you can move the "C:\Program Files\Code-Crafters\Ability Mail Server 2" folder in its entirity to any location as long as you move the whole thing. Like you said, just adjust start menu and desktop shortcuts as appropriate.
