In my user account (tony@abcde.com) setup, I checked "Use Redirections". An external account (tony@cdefg.com) was added.
"Still Deliver to User" box was checked too. However incoming emails landed in the inbox but were never redirect to the external account. Log files did not show any activites. I have both SMTP and Outgoing Mails services on too.
According to help file, it should work. ----> "Redirections - This option allows you to redirect any incoming mails for this account to other email addresses. The email addresses can be local or external accounts."
Do I have to do anything to trigger the redirection? Please help.
