Registration Issue

Postby NathanWright » Fri Apr 04, 2008 3:37 pm

Hi, I have today purchased your Ocean Mail software but have now found that this product would look like it has been replaced with Ability Mail Server. I have tried emailing you as I really am in a rush to get my mail server sorted out as I am having problems with my old server which is probably going to die in the next couple of days. Because the old server is in such a state I did not get the registration email so cannot register the Ocean Mail product but in all honesty if it has been replaced with AMS then I would prefer to have the newer product instead. Also is it possible to upgrade / transfer from the old Ocean Mail product as I have set up many domains and users and do not want to have to do this again.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Please email me at chris@code-crafters.com with your Ocean Mail Server order number / email address used and I will send you your license key for Ocean Mail Server. Ability Mail Server is a more up to date version of Ocean Mail Server so you may want to upgrade to this software. However, Ocean Mail Server is cheaper because of this fact so if you want to upgrade to Ability Mail Server, please download the software from http://www.code-crafters.com and purchase a license for this software then mail me about this at chris@code-crafters.com with your Ocean Mail Server order number and I will refund the Ocean Mail Server order.
