A POP3 retrieval for the same remote account...

What does this error mean other than the obvious (that there are two attempts to get mail off a POP3 server at the same time). All of a sudden my AMS 2.60 started failing with this error message for 1 of 4 relay accounts.

I ran a query for the message string in Google and Yahoo and go no results, so obviously this is a custom message for AMS.

And no, there isn't any other concurrent attempt to fetch POP3 mail for the same account off the same pop3 remote server.

The net result is, this 1 account can send mail, but it cannot receive mail.

This error indicates that 2 POP3 retrievals are attempting to download mail from the same remote mail server account which is obviously redundant hence the warning message. Check your Automatic POP3 retrievals as well as all user POP3 retrievals to see if any 2 are pointing at the same mail server and account for downloading remote mail.
