How about if you add a list of current IP's and/or hosts being blocked by antihammering and give an option to add/remove an IP from this list by selecting it and clicking on a button?

We are adding an outgoing mail queue manager to version 3, due out hopefully later this year, similar to this to perfom actions on mails in the outgoing mail queue. I will see if at some point we can build in a list control for things like this just as you can remove IPs from the SPAM trap.
