Is it possible to implement email authentication such as DomainKeys into the mail server?

You should use SMTP authentication in the SMTP settings to require authorisation (login) for relaying mail to external email addresses. Without this authentication you will be an open relay allowing unauthorised SPAM to be relayed via your mail server which will quickly get you black listed. Ability Mail Server doesn't support DomainKeys but we have this suggested a couple of times. I've heard that Yahoo uses it and am not sure if it an exclusive Yahoo feature. We need to look into what this feature involves to evaluate whether it can be added.

I've already use SMTP authentication that's not an issue.
DomainKeys is open source project and can be implemented into other mail servers. There are quite few mail servers that utilize domainkeys

Another Q, is there a way to automatically add lines to email header through the AMS?

Yes, you can use the content filtering action "Add/Edit Header Line". If the header already exists it will be edited, if it doesn't it is simply added to the end of the existing header lines.
